In my Opinion,Our govt.especially the AFP is trying to divert attentions of the people to what really the real issue.They are trying to cover up something bad .Sadly so many innocent had suffered.From the Abu Sayaff down to bigayans, then the bombings .Sad to say that terrorist and military are now being link to each other.we cannot recognize now who is who?

accident happens, Ayala's must deny or they'll be charged. unsafe practices sometime turns cooking device into hazardous bomb. People must learn from that incident, or else every household will explode. simbako palayo..

the charges wont be that much compared to what the people would think to some of their stores and take note they also develop real estate properties and they're on top of it... think of the larger picture if they'll admit that it's negligence...

^^ I think it's just natural for the Ayalas to deny that they have been negligent if the incident is really caused by a mixture of methane and diesel fumes. Otherwise, they will be admitting that they should be liable from the incident.

Yes, they can pay damages. But what about the rage of the families of the victims? At least, the incident is not caused by some terrorist attack but an accident.

if ever their was negligence then let some heads roll and im sure it wont be of the ayala's.... it will be of the engineers but the ayalas will be charge pud but not tanan.. okey

if this explosion proven to be an accident in due time, then who will take the biggest part of fines by ratio?

1. CITY ENGINEERS - they approved the structural design of the tank and genset, they given the clearance to
operate.

2. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - they designed it.

3. AYALA MGNT - they didn't made enough measures to prevent it from happening... they just want to profit and dont
spend for it.

tsk tsk tsk.. i feel sorry for those who weren't able to make it.... well, the only thing that we could help them, is just to pray that people will be able to work again... and for those who were involve in the tragedy, we'll just have to pray for their safety and fast healing.. and for those who is responsible for this kind of action.. let just pray for them to let them realize what they have done...

If Ayala is responsible for the accident,then I pity those victims and their families.Their cry for justice will be in vain just like what happened in the Abs-CBn wowowee tragedy.Like what ive said military and terrorist are now the same.terrorist blew up buildings..military blew up malls..hehehe
