We're sent by our parents for education about 18-20 years and after getting a degree it's not a 100% guarantee that we would end up with what we've studied sa atoa pa linya sa korso. I guess it is what some of our parents are expecting that we're a return investment, that we need to get a job and repay them dba?

Kay most of them daw kay naay connections sa mga hotels and other companies nga pwede siya ma recommend inig graduate.

Your thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
hello. imo pasabot mag pa refer siya? kay daghan connections ang teachers? ok raman guro mo ask if naa ma refer.

but it would be smarter for her/him if makapangayo siya ug letter of recommendation from the teachers. especially kay starting pa siya. then ask the teachers if pwede sila himuon contact reference inig apply sa work.

    Check Jobstreet, same answer.
character reference is indeed important labi na if nagsugod pa. but i think grades are quite important. it will reflect on how you are intellectually and your personality also. as people with higher grades tend to have higher IQ and are hardworker. this is where your grades comes in.

    based on experience
    1. guaranteed maka sulod... no, even if nindot imu grades pero mas likely ka ma kuha...
    2. as a business owner kana mag interview ko mga applicants, mas pabor ang experienced kay lesser training but I'm open sa mga fresh grads kay usually kugihan ni sila.
    3. techer/instructor as backers? hmm.. depende unsa ka lakas especially if big company..
    4. teacher/instructors as referals? hmm.. honestly i just skim this page.. igo ra ko mo tanaw ani if kaila nako or dili ang nag refer and asa sila and if unsa (like asa sila work or dako buh ni sila nga tae sa ani nga company)

ako tip buh... naka experienced na man ka ug OJT buh why not try to apply there at least naa na man gud ka experience sa kana imu gi OJT.han.. I think mao nah gi do sa ako isa ka cousin.. gi dawat ra man siya..
