Kamusta ang SG karun interms of acquiring Employment Pass?

Currently naa ko diri Kuala Lumpur for 2 years na. Before ko nagpa.end agcontract sa akong agency last July, nag apply2 ko dha. And buyag pud naa man jud manawag unya naay isa na company nadawat ko. Ang offer SGD6,000.00 for Senior Test Engineer with experience of more than 10years. Kaso upon processing, greject akong EP. I'm not sure what happend. Possible reason daw, naay mapping na dili suit sa akong offer.

BTW. STE ko diri sa usa ka company ug ISQTB certified ko. I'm not sure why lang.
so ang nahitabo. Glet go nlang nko, ug stop kog apply. As of now.. d ko kaafford pa pud mawad.an ug work for the reason na kulang pa akong pundo. And now, naa nko sa Maybank run, STE japon. plan ko apply next year puhon if God permits.

How much pala gina.expect na offer if 10years experience? ug labi na Certified ka?

Hagtik na kaau nag 6k sgd as ste, unless majority sa imo work is automation which is fit ra sa sweldo. 10yrs STE kay depende ra jd sa job role nmo whether manual or automated ka na field. Daghan reason ma reject ang application and dli 90% sure base to sa sweldo ang rejection. Try apply2x ghapon, kay naay ni offer nmo, dako ang possibility naa ghapon mo offer nmo ana next time. solomot. naa pay isa na nag.apply ko last July 26 ata sa Autodesk, nanawag ang agency na nadawat daw ko and possible if okay ang EP makastart nko sa November. kaso tiedup nko diri for 1 year. so meaning, dili jud xa para akoa. but ang agency nagcall, try daw nko apply balik since kaila na cla nko. target nlang nko ani next year.

But here's my delima pud.
Starting January, akong sweldo mahimo ng RM8,500.00 - with yearly increase.
And infareness diri sa KL, naka tigum ko, like investemen ts and all. Naka tigum ko usually half sa akong sweldo. (which mapunta sa mga investements and 5% emergency money)

So question. How much usually ang mahibilin sa 6K SGD na sahud? Assuming kuhaan sa rent and daily allowance (including food and fare). kay kung same2 ra sa mahibilindiri, better diri nlang. Atlease ang probablity na mastay ka sa company dugay. And MY kay dili strict sa mga EP.

Sa ingon-ani nga level sa sweldo, most likely, sa Agency nga side ang naa'y problema.
Pero wala jud nakahibaw kung nganong ma-reject ang passes sa mga qualified jud nga empleyado-to-be.
As per Boss @yhokz101 ... apply-apply lang jud.

On the SG cost of living question, safe answer would be 1/3 sa sweldo.
But for me personally, I can go down to less than S$1k a month.
Depende ra jud na sa tao kay lahi-lahi man ta'g kapritcho.

Daghan mang factors imo e consider bro pero rm8500 vs 6,000sgd is dako jd ang deperensya!

Imo e consider is ang risk sa work or stability sa work. Sakto ka sa malaysia, stable ka diri kay dili strict sa work pass as long as need pa amg company nmo di jd ka ma reject. Therevs that and cost of living diri sa malaysia is far fetch arang baratoha compared sa Sg. Then again ang 6ksgd sa SG is dakoa ma save nmo.

6ksgd, let's say monthly expense nmo if single rka is max 2k. Limpyo naka sa 4k ana. Imagine unsa imo ma himo sa 4k sgd. Then again depende ra jd sa lifestyle.nmo na.

And risk sa Sg is ang work pass nmo is risky matag renewal, lets say naa kay contract 2 yrs, then make the most out of it nalang. Para nako e grab nako ang Sg only when naa nay in principle approval sa mom. Then resign ko sa Malaysia then adto sa Sg. Hehehe..pero if stable naka sa MY then contento naka, nganu adto pka Sg? Base sa ako experience from sg ko then MY due to dli stricto sa pass and lower cost of living, plus mada nko ang akoa family.

Dakoa na kau ng 6k sgd if sakto lang jd pag budget bro.

i see.. gtry raman pud nko. naka work pud ko dha 1 month pud kay gpadala ko sa among company for Test Preparation sa SCB dha sa Changi. At first nashock jud koz pamaliton, x3 diri sa MY and siguro layo among gstayhan. problema pa me kada uli. Labi na perme mabyaan sa shuttle bus. akong nabantayan, mga tao musulod ug 8am, out ug 8pm. Swerte if makauli meg 7pm. So kapoy pud. But then again pera pera lang din.

Plan nko apply nlngbalik next year. if dili ko iperm diri, then apply ko dha.

E ff imo line manager daan ig 1 year nmo sa scb para sure ma perm. Jd ka. If lapas na 1 yr then wapa then saad2x ra, ngitag lain daan jd.. Hehehe.. A word of advice.
