actually, most of the case ana dili dawaton ang mga buntis nga applicant/s. its because once you got hired, you are in probation for 6 months. what if manganak ka or pa check up sa doctor if you are buntis while you are still less than 6 months pa ka sa work, di ba ma pending mga trabaho ana nuon. so it would be nga apply lang balik once manganak na.

Para kompanya, mang hire sila ug emplaeyado nga qualified kay arun maka tabang ug sa ilang need nga support, unya mo leave baya ang pregnant kay manganak, samot na run nga mas taas na ang maternity leave. Kinsa man mo trabaho sa nabiling trabahoon? Diba mas hasol?
Para sa empleyado, labi na ug kung masilan ang pag buntis, delikado ang adlaw-adlaw nga byahe, unya under probationary pa siya, what if dunay kakulian? mag sige siya ug absent? wala siyay sweldo, may posibilidad nga dili siya ma regular. Unya kung mag maternity leave na siya, if walay contribution a year prior? so walay madawat?
Dili man siya tanto discriminatory sa side sa company ug sa atong system, lisud lang gyud ang mga consequences.

It's so sad to think that most companies here in the Philippines don't accept pregnant applicants because it's a hassle for them. I'm a fresh grad and I'm confident that I'm fit to work even if there's a bun in the oven, and now I'm thinking of applying anything that's available as long as they will accept me. This is how desperate I am! 😅

try eperformax . that one at least i heard doesnt discriminate so long as you pass the requirements.
