i'm for all to decongest traffic pero i would say BRT will help out..pero sa obserbahan lang gud nako as a commuter on all forms (except sa sikad ug sikol kay di ko masud sa kadako), MyBus is obviously working...taking about 30-50 people nga probably around 5-10% ana nila nga mag-taxi or dala sa ilang sakyanan...i would say 50-80% tingali sa riders anang padung airport, mag-taxi gyud tingali...
ako lang kay mo-labay nalang akong hunahuna anang commission kay the purpose is to decongest...regardless, naa man gyud nang kurakot or kinsang ma-award-an sa project kay makadawat gyud...
BRT can be the fastest one in terms of implementation...labi pa nga na-approve nani sa goberno ug sa finanser...
i would hope nga ma-implement gyud ni UNYA ma-implement pod tong mga monorail/LRT/MRT/etc..
pwede raman unta adto pa-agi-on sa luyo sa mga kabalayan sa syudad...i meant kanang mga bukid luyo sa diri amo sa pardo, agi labangon bukid, agi sa banawa/guada/etc...alternative transportation lang...dili kinahanglang main...
so, without a current feasibility on monorail/LRT/MRT/etc., this will be another 10-20-year wait...and you know what? there's a possibility nga "di na feasible ang monorail/LRT/MRT/etc. sa CURRENT (10-20 years) situation...then we're back at it again...

Boss @marius pwd ba kaha nila ma implement ang BRT but sa selected area lang sa ang route, kana g reklamo na dele feasible sa pardo ug talamban area kay dele lng sa dha e implement unless ma approvan ang road widening.
If sa south gkan, 2 options ma hatag sa City guro.
- mingla station-srp station-n bacalso station-nya sm mabolo (BRT)
- mingla - talisay - pardo - mambaling (PUJ)
anyway if ma approved nman gani ang widening kay pwd nman lahos2 guro ang BRT (KONG!!! ma approve pud nuon)
ang solution that was given by the DOTR is combination of different modes of transportation.
Some areas of Cebu will have BRT lanes while the rest would have LRT/MRT.
Given the road widening issue and the cost of acquiring it. I think this is the correct solution to the problem. Dili pugson e BRT tanan kay tungod ang mayor sa Cebu hawod kaayo ug pinaka ngilngig ug pang utok matod pas iyang mga fanatics.

ti-aw mo'g mo-deperensya rag mga 10 tingali sa regular plete with the CONVENIENCE/AIRCONDITIONING/TRAINED/COURTEOUS DRIVERS/ETC, you still think mag-jeep paka?
so, i ask you this, put yourself on that situation...if mag-jeep/auto/taxi/grab/angkas ka, nya naay BRT going to your route/office, would you NOT take BRT instead?
do you not think it will reduce the number of vehicles going to that route? maybe not drastically but i'm sure it will...
