Hi istoryans,

Please help me with me dilemma. I am a nurse here since 2010, but I don't have clinical experience yet as of the moment, since I have been enjoying the flexibility of my current work and also the salary. Last May I registered at workabroad.ph and browsed on several job posts from different agencies. I saw a post regarding the position of Nurse for Florida, for nurses without experience and Nclex. I just tried to submit an application and today, July 10, 2018. This Cebu based agency called me and told me that the employer will be coming on their office July 12 for an interview. Nclex passers will have their interview in the morning, while us non Nclex passers will have it in the afternoon. I asked the person on the phone on what will possibly happen if the interview will come out good. I am a little bit confused because the signal is not that good due to the rain. The way I understand is that if ever I pass the interview, I will be lined up to take the Nclex. So, in connection to this, here are my questions.

1.) If i'll indeed pass and need to take the Nclex, will the employer shoulder both the review and exam.?
2.) If yes, how long will the review take? Is it possible to have my review at the same time have my work? My work is morning shift, since we don't have evening shift.
3.) If ever i'll pass the Nclex, what will be the next step? Will I need to have a clinical experience?
4.) How long will be the waiting time for the EB3 visa to be released?

I hope somebody can shed light into my confusion.

Thank you!
