if this is true, i can say theyre also used as a dummy... since walay tax ang simbahan, dili pud na malili sa anti-money laundering agency since it's donation, and dili pud ma trace asa mapunta ang kwarta sa simbahan... imo. (i know, naay charities and mission works...and etc..)

OT: i remember a priest from far south cebu province asking for donations from san pedro calungsod chapel church goers for his big church/shrine project in their area...needing millions of pesos.. nya ang nakulikta in 1 day from 3 masses i think, kay around 200k na.. dalia sa kwarta ah...hehe.. SO, if the Catholic has billions of pesos, nganong mangayo pa mn ug donation para patukod sa simbahan na naa mn diay dakong kwarta sa bangko?
