PG + our current young core are more than enough for now, that's a huge improvement and it's actually attainable and more realistic without risking anything at all. Wait for 2019 to sign kawhi without losing our assets, there is no beating the warriors team right now, imo. Hate to say it but bostons are doing a better job than us rn, tbh. I don't want to be the next cleveland.
nah. Objectively, Bron is still the best player in the world. KD is the best scorer i'd give you that. KD winning rings doesn't mean he's the best.

We might not even get PG. Let's just wait and see. Honestly , I won't be surprised if we end up with nothing again.

KD is the best player in the world. Lebron doesn't play defense anymore (backed up by stats and eye test) that title should be given to the player who competes both ends of the floor and not afraid of the moment (4th) lebron shrank on many occasions during the finals. Lebron is great no doubt but too narrative reliant. Well, the way i view players objectively is different than yours, Let's just agree to disagree.

I think pg is a possibility, we may miss out on free agents again but we could do a lot with our cap space. Stacking assets would be better option imo ala boston. We could have all the leverage in the world. Signing superstars right away doesn't guarantee anything, i do trust magic and pelinka more than jim and mitch tho.

I think Lebron is still a great defender when motivated. He just didnt care in the finals because it was plain to see that the Cavs were overmatched. Anyway, agree to disagree.

IMO, we should sign superstars when we can and not play the patience game anymore. If we can go for Bron and PG13 then by all means we should do so. Trading away our young core for Kawhi is different though, Im kinda 50/50 on that.

Assets remain as just assets unless we cash them in, draft picks dont guarantee superstars, so when the opportunity arises I say we use those assets to get superstars.

Not really feeling lebron on our team, i think that's the issue for me lol. I want to beat him and i want him to fail and obviously my lakers should not be part of that hehehe! Old school fan still exists.

You're correct we should cash them while the iron is hot still signing 2 max players (pg and lebron) would mean randle is a goner unless we could get rid of dengs contract but dumping deng would also mean attaching 1 or 2 or even 3 of our young core, we will be left with 2 stars but with no depth, it's either we are following okc or clevelands footsteps, we are picking our poison either way. So let's chill out for another year, i think imo as a fan would do much better long term and tbh, we do have that leverage rather than going all in right now with no guarantees of beating warriors, rockets and celtics but I'm just a fan, what do i really know.

para nako, for as long as dili manghilabot si lebron sa management kung kinsa ang i-sign nga player, or kinsa dapat ang coach, ok ra para nako. then

If we will stick with our young core, possibly it will take 5 more years for us to be considered a playoff team, waiting 5 more years is quite long enough for me, I don't want the Lakers going the same path as the Sixers =) hopefully the management can pull this one and balance the roster.

If you want the best for LA LA land then you should hope we sign Lebron. He will bring back the glamour to LA and obviously will instantly make our team better. The Lakers have sucked for too long now and Lebron's star power can bring LA back on the map.

Deng is not a problem, we can use the stretch provision to stretch out his contract if they want to extend Randle.

Its a give or take league, Its either Bron,PG13 and Kawhi or PG with our young core which is a fringe mediocre playoff team at best TBH. I choose the former, our young core doesn't have a surefire superstar like Simmons, Embiid,Tatum,Mitchell anyway.

This offseason is really exciting for the fans of the Lakers, future is really bright. By the way, I just read that DH12 will be traded to the Nets for Timofey Mozgov, guess GM Mitch Kupchak is getting his signed players back hopefully he will get Deng , DH12 is now like a pingpog ball and getting traded by peanut/s. Feel bad for him though, the guy was really good when he was still in Orlando and the Lakers.

Pila nalang ka oras NBA Draft na, expect a lot of things to happen and can't wait what's in store for my beloved Lakers

Lakers drafted Moritz Wagner (6'11"-PF) with the 25th pick who can shoot and rebound, player comparison as per C. Billups is Mehmet Okur. Nice pick-up, pretty much a complimet for Lonzo Ball's pick and roll soon =)

Now waiting for that 39th & 47th picks - In Malingka We Trust! No big time trades yet but wishing for the best
