Default AV and ad-aware applications makes my server "blue screen"

    hello guys,

this server is also a file server, there are some users (probably 20-30, and 10 simultaneous accessing) are accessing this server.
an anti-virus and adaware (anti spam) software is also installed. the server suddenly become blue screen (memory dump).
i copyied the error msg and searched in microsoft but no result.

what makes me say that it is becoz of the AV and adaware? after i remove these applications murag okey na ang server.
but stil these applications must be installed in the server.

can u suggest some actions to fix this?

i apoligize if there's any thread similar to this.

    Best Regard,

    RommeL
