Create a secret police service that will monitor all citizens of this country.
Create several rehabilitation camps all over the country.

It will be a totalitarian regime.

Initiate plans for expanding our territory to the West
Annexation of Sabah and all of the West Philippine Sea territories.
Eliminate Communism, all rebel factions and enemies of the state.

If I were the president, I would do the following:

1. Liberalize foreign equity ownership restrictions at all kinds of businesses in our country. All economic sectors should be open to 100% foreign equity ownership. Repeal the Regalian Doctrine and allow citizens to own forest lands or minerals beneath residences.

2. Liberalize the labor market by allowing large-scale utilization of foreign labor in sectors where there are lack of Filipino professionals.

3. Promote immigration of white Anglos, Hispanos, and East Asians while at the same time, promote emigration of native Filipinos in order for the Philippines to have a necessary demographic transformation and to align the country with both Western and Eastern worlds. Promote miscegenation as a means of reducing racial discrimination and intolerance.

4. Make Spanish, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, Japanese, and Korean languages as official languages in the country.

5. Legalize and regulate all kinds of illicit drugs to combat drug cartels and save addicts.

6. Divorce, LGBTQ and plural marriages, abortion, euthanasia, adultery, and prostitution should be decriminalized, legalized, and regulated.

7. Invest in nuclear and other renewable energies.

8. Possess nuclear weapons and build aircraft carriers to frighten China.

9. Distance for a bit from Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and engage with Latin American cousins thru Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI).

10) Stop OFW deployment in Middle East and divert attention to Europe, North America, and Latin America.
