wow. tricky question. but for me, I think its a feeling.. cos its ur brain making ur decisions. ang love kay gikan man jud na sa imong kasing2.. you don't get to tell your heart who to love, unless ma filter na na sa imong brain, then kana, decision na na nga ma consider.

I'd say both. Love is a feeling but then it is a decision when you are already committed to each other through the vow of marriage. Kay naa man juy time nga ma fall out of love tungod sa tanang problema sa giatubang. So both akong answer hehehe.

dont be mislead by LOVE and feelings. because LOVE is an action word that needs decision. when Jesus said "love your enemies" its against our feelings but we can love them because Jesus say it so.

To love your wife or husband is more than a feeling. that is a commitment. you may lost your feeling to your partner but you can love them all your life because you committed to do so.

So it is a decision.
