Pagkakita sa DOJ nga wala didto ang mga evidence, which further weakes their stand in the court of law.

It was dismissed. Aguirre, has stated a case dismissed in the DOJ, will automatically go to his office for review and can be REFILED, and further evidences can be added from there.

A case dismissed in the DOJ will not constitute double jeopardy, meaning pwede pa ma refile kay dili paman double jeopardy.
Unya nana didto ma double J if ma arraign na ang suspect or he has already had his day in court.

Obvious tingale pagkakit sa mga prosecutor sa DOJ nga weak and delikado ma dismiss and case, gi dismiss para ma review and further strengthen their case.
