regardless sa bisan unsa mo nga company, kung agent ra ghapon mo, mejo ubus jud na nyo sweldo. bisan pa 10 years ang experience, i dont think naay center nga mu pay ug higher para sa mas taas ug experience nga agent. Ang plus ra man cguru ana kay mas dali ka ma.hire.
on the other hand, Kung taas na ka ug position, bisan asa ka nga company ibutang, taas imu sweldo.

We're looking for sales rep....commish is 10%...so if you hit quota..you get around 50k...but even if you don't hit quota you still get the basic pay plus commission, even if you;re still in training...bisan $20 ra emo halin for the month, you still get the 80 pesos commission..hahaha...

basic pay for training is 18k, after that the pay is 20k. After regularization, the pay is 25k....plus the 10% commission...if you hit quota, you get the 10% commission plus 10k bonus....every $1000 sale above quota gets you another 10k bonus....

the basic pay is not huge like Authorsolutions (xlibris)....but i think the earning potential here comes close to the old Xlibris days.
