ga kalat lang sa mga restaurant... maka hadlok pud usahay bah... if this explosion due to chemicals
that are stored by the restaurant's basement, they should now add new laws for inspection of storage
area... kahinumdom mo atong sunog sa disco pub where a lot of people died due to non or lock
emergency exit, karon all restaurants/pubs are required to have an emergency exit and not lock ...
