OK. It is not like I haven't search before but there doesn't seem to be any repair shop for LCD monitors around Cebu City. Nearest I found so far is in Mandaue.
I am almost certain that my problem is the LCD monitor I have (Dell 2005FPW 20") but just in case:
Monitor will not display anything (even after the menu button is pressed or even when changing display channels).
It will resume working state after having been powered off and rested for some time. It doesn't turn off on itself midway when being used -- only when it is turned off by either manual pressing of the power button or shutting down / hibernating / sleeping the computer.

ingon ana akong non wide 17in monitor plan nako pa repair mga pila kaha damage ana pa repair?
