Suway ug basketball kay lingaw especially playing with my friends.
tennis kay way sinikhanay, way injury, hangakon raka sige gukod sa bula nga yellow.
hiit......regular exercise
any form of physical activity is always good for fitness. even if maglakawlakaw raka sa mall for four hours it is good already.
IMO any sports training nindot gud nah pang fitness
note: pero if gusto ka ma daot of course ang kaon i.sakto pud nimo... and if ni wonder ka ana mga athlete sa imu ma kit.an sa net nga grabe ang kaon.. well in fairness 8-10 hours pud sila mo train almost everyday...
I think basketball is the best one for me because I love to play it and it helps me stay healthy and fit.
Anything tha trequires movement. Perfect example, COnstruction Workers sa Pinas, kay dinhi sa Au, murag lax ra kaayu sila ug mas dako ug consumption(kaon, tingali kay dako dako man sweldo).
