    I managed studio 1BR, 2BR and villa type properties here in Dubai and used Airbnb and other channels pud but mostly among mga guests gikan jud sa airbnb enquiries. Sikat ni sya sa America and Europe mostly so dako potential if inyung condo inyung ibutang dri sa airbnb kay:

    - quality guests and mostly dli mu abuse sa imung property which is good factor if magpa ingani ka
    - nindut ang platform sa airbnb developer, beneficial on both hosts and guests
    - dili naka mabalaka sa Security Deposit kay ang airbnb na bahala ana
    - pwede ka magpa rent ug specific area ra sa imung property. like ang en-suite ra imuhang ipa abang then ikaw gamit sa sala, pwede rajud kaayu na.
    - you make your own house rules

    Just to add on the security deposit portion ...
    .. dili na jud tood kinahanglan.

    Plus ... insured by airbnb actually ang imong property for up to a million man guro to.
    So if you happen to take a guest from hell, take a photo of your trashed property and claim from AirBnb.

    Up ta ani bi.. naka try ko ani as guest in HK, Singapore, ug Malaysia.. ganahan sad nako ipa airbnb ako studio type nga condo pero ipa fully furnished sa nako. Murag dako2x pag mapaksit sa gasto.. O hope naa mga naka exp diri ug airbnb sa ila units

    Account Boss... you need to register to be a host to post your properties you'd want to rent-out.
    Something like here in iStorya bah, you need to register to be able to post or comment on something.

    If wala pa na naka-register Boss.. ask somebody with an account na.
    Kay naa ni sila'y referral system like this one below ay:

    Yawat nalang sa makadawat sa referral fee bah.
    Ayaw lang sa akoa kay company account man pod ni.

    kita kog ingani sa business insider ug fhm article kinahanglan gyud nindot ang sulod mas makatipid ug creative ka mu design/arrange . Tan.aw2x kog mga airbnb listing ari cebu basta sa center gyud puno puno samot na kato pag sinulog or mga naa events. Nindot ning airbnb sa mga naka impas na sa ila condo kay incase nga naay law or mag prohibit sa airbnb ari sa pinas atleast ang pag renovate nalang ang ila apason ug recover.

    I am looking for a referral for an AirBnB for Hanoi, Vietnam. But would like to have it referred nga taga atoa lang kay delikado. Just for 3 days/2 nights, end week of October this year.

    Mao ni akong ka worryhan na ang unit namo pa rentahan. How would I know if that person would stay there and then iya diay to gepa abangan? Naa na ba nahitabo ana dire or you might've heard of some similar incident. Naa pa jud sa NCR amo unit.
