Hi! The effectiveness really depends on the type of scar you have. There are 3 types of acne scar and each of them responds differently to various methods of acne scar treatment. Co2 Fractional, in my experience, is not very effective especially if your scar is deep. It may work on shallow scars but the treatment has to be very aggressive.
