    sugar is actually good as it is fast energy source.but keep in mind softdrinks or soda's just has a lots of it. whats wrong is when you drink and does not do anything. thus sugar is then converted to fat. there are good instances to drink softdrinks. like for example, if you are going to join a marathon or you want to go on a run for like an hour or 2 hours. or like sa akoa if magsuroy ko sinulog i usually drink softdrinks to have more energy para di maluya dayon.
