    fluctuating akoa, pero dili dako ang weight gain. lisud na mgpalabi. miskan sa holidays karon, wla ko ngpatuyang na.
    i just remind myself nga masayang akong mga pinalit nga igsusul-ob if i let myself go.

    nka sugod nko this year ug wrkout sa gym (2nd quarter). jogging2 ra ko prior to it. pero mohunat ko sunod tuig nga gym na ang focus. so far wla na nabalik ako lumbar pain. i hope di cya matrigger ky gasto kaayo pa chiro. mao toy naundangan nko last time nienroll ko for gym membrship. sayang lng ang kwrta.

    Hi everyone. I have always been very conscience of my belly, for as long as I can remember I've carried extra fat there. I really hated the fact that I have saggy, unaesthetic skin. Excercise was okay but I couldn't find a daily time to do it regularly. Dieting wasn't working for me either. I really wanted to have a flat belly and so having a tummy tuck was a very easy decision for me. Two years out and I'm still super happy with the results. Thanks to Dr Rino Lorenzo who did the surgery in Manila. He was really very nice and made me very comfy throughout my TT experience. I really love the new me!

    mustang timbang diri ? na maintain ninyo kay murag nahilum man , hehehe. mine from 36 waistline maintain na to 34 - 33. from 79 kgs maintain to 68- 70 kgs. jogging/ running maintain na 2 - 3 times a week 30 to 40 kms weekly.

    ahahaha! Abi man gud nako'g ako nalang nahabilin nga active ani diri nga thread.
    So wala nalang ko nag-update

    Ako Boss... ni 145lbs na ko.
    But ako target level is to be between 137lbs to 140lbs.

    Summer man gud... lami pirmi ikaon og tam-is nga bugnaw bah
    But still... ok ra nako kay wala jud ko nilayo og maayo sa akong target levels.

    around 70kg (150lbs+) kapin gihapon. na maintain ra.
    pero ganahan ko mas lower pa as long as proportionate lng sa height nko.
    i don't want to look like nag-overcompensate.

    at least 3 times a week ko mag jogging/running sa hapon (13km distance, same route kada run, usahay ma extend if naa sa mood). had to cut gym membership around a month ago ky di ko ka fully commit due to conflict sa work sched, usahay makadlawnan ko as late as 4am.

    ideal nko nga time mag gym unta is early morning 6am+ ky less ang taw, way samok. but then, di ni masunod pnagsa and di sab ko gusto mu-compromise/adjust nga mag work out sa hapon instead, so i decided to cut it off for now and stick sa akong cardio. controlled gihapon akong intake so far.

    Ang akong ideal weight based on stats is 125 lbs.
    Pero dili ko ana kay mura'g daot na kaayo ko ana.
    That's why i'd like to stay at 137lbs-140lbs nga level.


    By the way Boss.. asa man ka magdaganan nga makadagan man ka'g 13km?

    i used to think nga nindot mgpa bulky but then i realized mura tag tubol tan-awn. i've decided to go lean instead ky mas bagay.




    sa mandaue area diay ko boss.
    ako ruta ky:

    guizo/CICC/parkmall > plaridel st. > liko sa a.c. cortes padung UCLM > old bridge mandaue > pusok, lapulapu >
    marcelo fernan bridge > u.n. avenue > liko sa may pacific mall/metro mandaue > m.c. briones > guizo (around 13km nani cya)

    if mu extend ko, liko kos maguikay gikan sa pacific mall/metro mandaue > lahos cabancalan, then lusot sa talaman > a.s. fortuna > guizo (plus 9km+ ni cya nga ruta)

    After 3 months, nagtimbang na jud ko'g balik.
    To my surprise, 144 lbs ... below 145 lbs lang gihapon ko.
    To think, nagsige na ko'g cheat sa akong kaon.

    Ga-herbalife shake lang gihapon noon ko... mostly, once a day lang.
