    Default tambag, tabang, tanan!


    Hi tambage ko ninyo please. Isa ko ka call center agent, shift nako is from 10pm to 5:30am.. maabot kos balay mga around 8 and matog around 9 or 10.. pero akong lawas mo mata jud around 2:30 to 3pm unya dli nako makatog balik.. taas kaayo ug gap sa akong pag mata ug sa akong pag duty.. maong permi ko duka ug luya sa office.. unsay angay buhaton para maka 6 hrs of sleep ko (atleast) per day? kay kapoy na jud ning styla.

    Nakasuway man gyud ko nga coach ko atong una, try hangyu coach or supe nimo nga maapaektuhan imo productivity tungod anah. Hangyu-a nga pwede baka balhin schedule nga mas Haum sa imohang sleeping pattern. Makasabot na sila kung kabalo sila unsay importance sa productivity. If dili, sulayi sa inyu acredited doctor para tagaan ka ug recommendation ba kaha.

    basin nadistorbo na imong tulog ky igang igmahapon o kaha suwaw ang hayag gikan sa bintana.

    try daw palit sleep mask. it works for me.

    miskan irregular gihapon ako tulog hangtud karon, mkapahuway ko straight sa hapon basta magsul-ob ko.
    bought mine sa watsons (sm seaside dept. store). around 165 man guro to. and with ear plugs nana cya.

    thanks sa reply hehe, ang problema kay fix man gd among time sa tibuok company kay outbound man gd ko. maong lisud ihangyo hehe

    Place a black tela on your window to keep your room dark to imitate night.. this is to induce sleep

    some tips i can share: make ur room dark by putting curtains on windows
    drink milk b4 going to sleep,
    try reading books or watch videos/movies paduka sa mata,
    try listening to soothing music(bossa nova, acoustic, mellow)
    if mkamata ka piyong2x lng sah pd ayaw bakod dretso

    wa pa cguro naanad imo body clock sa imo shift ts..maanad rka..hehe goodluck!

    ayaw palit anang mask sa mata TS. kay kasuway ko mag mask pero maka huna huna man ko og ungo nga mu duul sa akong nawng. mao to dili na jud ko mag mask hantod karon.
