So far ok raman ang working environment.. ang morning kay medical coders (Certified by AAPC).. no calls. ang night shift kay diverse ang workforce. naay

Patient Services Dept = 80% call kay manawag ug patients nga naay balances after ma exhaust ang insurance nila / 20% back office

HMO = Philcare plus free 1 dependent. Coverage is 150K for Primary then 100K for Dependent

Right now both medical coding support and medical coding (mga certified coders) ang naa sa morning shift.. sila ang majority nag occupy sa ops floor. Pero naa nay Billing Extraction Department, Payment Posting Dept, SQL and Web Developer and Accountants and morning shift
