Microsoft would like to work with your organization to review the current compliance status for the Microsoft licenses and help in understanding the usage and deployment of Microsoft software.Licensing review can help you control costs by eliminating duplicate purchases; improving tracking and retirement processes and will ultimately improve your visibility to existing assets so that you maintain an optimized position.The key steps and stages of this process are:1. Receipt of the Engagement Letter at your end. Subsequently an authorized Microsoft representative will contact to assist you across the entire process.2. We ask you to complete the attached questionnaire (spread sheet format) and return to Microsoft via email.3. On receipt, we will analyse this and prepare an Estimated License Ownership (subject to further review) which will in turned be discussed with you to arrive at the Final License Ownership Position.4. The review may require proofs of the licenses that you hold and/or a declaration letter outlining the complete license ownership and usage.5. Post this engagement we will provide you with a Closure Letter to confirm conclusion of this review.
