    Bogo bogo sad gyd ang HR ani na case. Due process must be observe bisag valid pa ang termination due to just and authorize cause, liable gihapon ang employer.Naa man gitawag sa balod na twin notice rule na dapat gyd na i observe if not liable cla sa wala pag hatag sa trabahate ug katungon pag explain sa iyang side. Maayo ni na discussion atleast maka balo sad tong mga trabahante na mu fight sa ilang right against sa mga employer. Mga abogado dire sa forum please share your ideas and if possible tabangan nato ang mga fellow istoryan. MA (murag aboagado) paman ko maong dile sa lang ko patugatuga dire basin masayop ko.

    i suggest you and your coworkers file a complaint together kay it'll be stronger, as advised by my lawyer before. Have all your docs ready coz you will need it... it's more like battle of the paperworks than actual case. Your lawyer will pretty much do everything for you.hope it helps.
