HR MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Handles the employees’ Performance Management relating to monitoring and compliance of assigned task of key result areas (KRA)
• Responsible for issuance and monitoring of disciplinary action for employees
• Male or female
• Graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Resource
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• At least 3 years experience in HR practice
• Reliable, creative and result oriented
