    The former is most likely to happen boss.
    Tanan housing loans/property loans ang title ana under pa nila until impas na.

    If di ka kahuman sa terms, then foreclosed na pud na under sa ilang name hehe

    @ Boss Jackdi..depende na sa bank boss..usually taga-an ka ni choices 1.) pwede ka byad cash..2nd option is pwede sad ka intallment basis up to 12 months/ 1 YEAR only pero naa nani accompanying % ex.1.6 M bayad ka 10%..so P160,000 imo down..then ang 1.44M i installment na into 12 months nga ibutang ta lang og 1% month/12%/year..so monthly kag 131,066.67 bai

    Naa sad bank na greedy gusto nila bayd ka cash basis only..walay terms..usually mga smaller banks ang mas friendlier..mas mahal sad japon mo sell big banks bisan foreclosed na..main example ani BDO..hakob jud ni bangkoha..tsk..dapat unta bawi-on ra sa banko ila book value dli ang present market value..hope this helps boss JackDi

    Just an add on query Boss... naa pa diay interest on installment even after taking the 10% advance interest?
    Mura'g nahulog man og 22% interes
    But i guess this is how they do it.

    Dili 22% boss oi..hehe bale 12% ra interest ra kay ang 10% down payment na to nimo..deductible na sa contract price like sa example nga 1.6M-10%(160,000)=1,440,000 na lang ang 12% ...wa ko kasuway boss..nabasa ra nako sa Banat ang Foreclosed ..joke..sayop d i ako math sa taas..ako ra gud gi dali2x og simplify maayo..bale 1.44M(12%)=172800+1,440,000=1,612,800/12months= 134,400 monthly
