Intel Core i7-8700K: CPU Computing & Rendering Performance

    BETTER THAN RYZEN R7 1800x!

    at a lower price

    Verdict

Intel finally expanded the core count of its mainstream processors, facilitating solid all-around performance from the Core i7-8700K. Aggressive Turbo Boost bins ensure great performance in lightly-threaded workloads, while six cores cut through demanding tasks much more adeptly than Core i7-7700K. Intel’s Core i7 line-up is still expensive, but you'll pay a lot less per core than in prior generations.

THANK YOU AMD for KICKING intel's butt to wake up!
As they said 6-core mainstream processors could have been released 2-3 years ago, but wala lng jd ang Intel kai wala mai competition, karon nga mu keep up ang Ryzen na threaten na ang Intel.
6Core is the new Quadcore pero I hope AMD keeps up pra Intel will lower its pricing HAHAHA

Overall, Ryzen is unfortunately not a great choice for Lightroom. If you are concerned about general Lightroom performance, the Intel Core i7 7700K is significantly faster for most tasks and only ~10% slower when exporting images. At the same time, if you do care about export times then the Intel Core i7 6850K is ~40% faster at exporting images along with being ~15% at everything else in Lightroom. Considering that Ryzen is also either slower or comparable to these two Intel CPU options in other programs like Photoshop, Intel CPUs are a pretty clear winner for photo editing and image processing workstations.

    and then for 30K

    for me the 2nd hand i7 3770 CPU from @kiboy @ PhP13,500.00

that i bought then upgrade with:

    RAM to 16GB
    ADD 128GB SSD
    ADD 1TB HDD

    ADD GTX 660ti

and the 23 inches IPS LCD @ php5K

    for a total of 30K

    then i have leftovers :

    4GB RAM
    500GB HDD

    is it fast?

for CAD | Photoshop | illustrator | Lightroom | premiere and GAMES!

    you bet it is!

ayaw sah mo padala. watch benchmark and reviews.
kung ganahan mo workstation. pagsugod mo anang r7 1700 build it from top to bottom.
