Afaik, mahalan ko sa terms sa mga private banks compared if mu agi ko ug ahente unya ahente na bahala sa tanan.
Di pud ko katodo ug tubag ani kay basin sayop ra ako idea and small experience. Makatubag ra ko ani if mo gawas na
ang TCT sa ako luna tawn. Maski tax documented ra ni, pero legal, haskang dugaya.

Bank fees? --> existing value + tax deliquency + new added tax (not entirely sure though)
Collateral? --> pareha ra mag bank loan ka which is equivalent asset value
Other requirements? --> no idea hehe
