Monday, September 25 at the Kia Theatre

When will tickets go on sale/off sale?
Exclusive pre-sale for Dream Theater x Manila TasteMakers will open on Wednesday, July 12 at 10:00 AM PHT and end on Friday, July 14 at 11:59 PM CST.

General public ticket sales will open on Friday, July 15 at 10:00 AM PHT

What are the accepted payment methods to purchase my ticket online?
Only credit or debit cards that have a VISA and Mastercard logo

Will I be able to purchase my tickets at the venue on the day of the show?
Yes, if tickets have not been sold out, there will be tickets for sale at the venue on the day of the show.

What are the different ticket types and how much are they?

VIP: Php 5,760 (standing)
Orchestra: Php 4,760 (standing)
Loge: Php 3,020 (seated)
Balcony: Php 2,020 (seated)

Is the show standing, seated or a combination of both?
Combination; VIP and Orchestra section is standing. Loge and Balcony section is seated.

Will there be group ticketing?
No, group ticketing will not be available.

How many tickets max can each person purchase?
Tickets are limited to 10 tickets per transaction.

If someone else purchased my tickets for me, do they have to accompany me to the concert as well?
No, they do not have to accompany you to the concert.

Do ticket prices include tax and vendor fee?
Yes, ticket prices include tax and vendor fee.

Will I be able to refund my tickets? (Refund policy)
No, all tickets are non-refundable unless the show gets cancelled.

How can I pick up my tickets/How are tickets delivered?
For all tickets that were purchased online, you will receive Print at Home e-tickets. On the day of the show, bring your printed e-ticket with you and get it scanned at the venue gates.

The promo code is limited to 1 person for up to 2 tickets.

Can I still use my TasteMaker promo code after the pre-sale period is over?
No, once the pre-sale period is over the pre-sale code will no longer work.

Will there be some kind of a sectioning used to separate each ticket section i.e. barricades?
The Orchestra floor section will be separated.

Is there an age restriction?
No, there is no age restriction for this show.

What time will doors open?
6:00 PM PHT

What time will doors close?
The doors will remain open until the end of the concert.

How do I enter the venue? Is entry first come, first serve or by ticket number?
Entry will be on a first come, first serve basis for all standing tickets.

Are backpacks allowed?
No, backpacks are not allowed.

Are cameras allowed?
Cameras of any type, including DSLR, point and shoot, etc are strictly not allowed.

Are fan signs/banners allowed?
Yes, as long as it does not block anyone's view. Signs/banners cannot be mounted on poles or sticks.

Can I bring my cellphone?
Yes, however please refrain from taking any pictures or videos during the show.

Will there be official merchandise for sale at the venue?
TBD

Will there be food or beverage at the venue?
Yes, food and beverage will be available at the venue.

Will there be parking at the venue?
There will be limited parking for concertgoers within Araneta Center.

Will there be storage/coat checks at the venue?
No, storage and coat check will not be available.

How do I request accessible seats?
Currently, there are no accessible seats. However, the Loge and Balcony section is seated. Please contact support@mymusictaste.com to see if we can accommodate your request for accessible seating.
