guys.. you all miss my point.. why I make this poll..

I said they all sucks right.. yes every sigle one of them has its own critics.. we have all our comments on each company. but in this poll we can compare man gud.. even though bati ilang service.. there's a choice man gud. yes ideally naa moy point nga mo sud ka sa mga stickies kay naa sila mga comments and suggestions but wala man gud poll na makita nga mas nice na sya..

you said search... yes before I made this poll nag search ko.. isp polls or internet connection polls, etc pero ala ko nakita maby tung una naa.... mas nice pa gani kung naa ning poll sa stickies mismo para dili gyud mag balik balik..

if naa mo nakita nga polls pls pwede man guro ibutang ang link para mas dali makita.. sorry kung ala ko kita kay lazy ko kung mao inyo pag tuo. lamat

I think it really depends on the area where you are installing it.
For one, when I applied for globe, they were still waiting for an available slot in their dslam, so that kinda told me puno ang ila bandwidth which means I would be getting very slow speeds on peak hours. Naa ko mga kaila nga naay globe sa amoa, confirmed jud nila nga grabe pa sa dialup kung mag peak hours. So wa ko ni dayon sa globe.
Ni check ko sa PLDT, seperate ang charges for the fone ato nga time and dugay ila installation, so wa sad ko nidayon. Pero when I was the computer administrator of this export company in banilad, it seemed to be good that time, except for their technical support nga murag mas kahibaw pako ug ayo nila.
Ni check ko sa smart, usa ra ka block ang distance sa ila tower, so klaro kau ang signal.
In fairness, kada speedtest nako up to 5kbps ra ang iban sa ako binayran nga speed kung muhinay man. Nya malapas pa gani usahay. Pero ofcourse kusog kau ko ug software torrents and tulo ka computer ako gi network sa balay, mao kuwang para nako ang hatag sa smartbro. optimistic lang ko kay sa manila up to 512kbps na ila smartbro. So I would suggest doing research in the locality, sulod anang mga internet cafe sa inyoha and find out some more about their ISP's aron dili ka magmahay sa imo choice. :mrgreen:

the way you posted in this thread of yours, i find your point has no point.

you see? you and almost all people here know that all ISPs here in our country are no good; why would they vote if they know its crap?

let me ask you, do you know what's a poll? do you know that voting a point in a poll candidate means you patronize and let the people know that the one you have voted is good? just like youre telling to let anybody appreciate a stupid internet service provider^^ jeez.

hmmm? i'm a newbie, but i guess, you all have your own points made.
the thing is, no ISP that exist that is NOT prone to technical glitches,
pitfalls, drawbacks and downfalls.

the thing is, it is up to us individuals to see through what they offer,
which would meet our needs. For sure, some, if not all, of those ISPs,
even though they are no good or not that good, they surely are able
to meet the needs of some if not all of thier clients, therefore eliminating
the need for a poll, because the data it presents clearly would lead us
to nowhere.
