Did Gascon at one time or another pursued Duterte's alleged human rights violation days after Duterte announced his Presidential bid?

YES!

Was Gascon a Political ally of LP at one time or another. YES! he was even the Director General of the Presidential campaign.

Did Alvarez say that he will go on revising the the CHR's budget once Gascon resigns. YES!

These are all facts.

And NO law can disprove this.

Point has become moot: House restores budget for CHR, 2 other agencies | ABS-CBN News. The only effect it had was make Alvarez look like a bully.

Gascon agreed that the CHR should extend its investigations beyond human rights violations allegedly perpetrated by state agents to include other groups who were victimizing members of the police, the military and even civilians.

I think this says more than it should.

If the opposition were to say it, Duterte was lying, if digong where to say it. He intentionally did it to try to get something out of Trillanes.
Typical lawyering, say one thing and try to get something out of it.

The real score was that in an interview with Erwin Tulfo digong said Trillanes has this account 178000296012, which was previously disclosed by Mocha and Erwin to be this: 11780-00281-60-2.

Trillanes' waiver though specified this 11780-00281-60-2 in his waiver previously.

Trillanes upon knowing that digong had it wrong, which he thought would probably be good for media exposure, immediately flew to Singapore with all his media entourage and requested to verify that this 178000296012 was not his, and DBS said that the latter was nonexistent.

Meaning Trillanes' waiver, Mocha's exposition and Erwin's exhibit were in tune. Later digong said that he just modified the numbers to try to prove something.

Duterte later on said that all other foreign accounts were emptied out by Trillanes as the latter went on several trips to Singapore to withdraw from the accounts.

Not sure if mao ba ni ang kadtong time nga naay report nga nag abot ang mga LP didto sa Singapore kuyog si Tomas pa gani adto nga time.
