As what i have said wla may annual report sa 2016..that's why many were complaining to them that "Ano ba ang inaatubag ng CHR ngayong si hindi na LP ang administration"..Unsa namay gamit nila other than investigate all the actions of this administration?

What the media chooses to report is not governed by the CHR. Those events were the news that sold during that time, so the media reported it. Again, just because it wasnt in the media, doesnt mean the CHR did not perform its regular functions. You seem to get confused by this. You cannot come up with a conclusion against them just because of the lack of media coverage. I would understand if you are still biased even without basis, but you cannot assert your bias as truth.
I know that, Obviously i also know how biased media is.

Same on your side sir ky wla may Annual report dba? hehe

That budget may seem big to you, but do you even know how much filing fees, appeal fees, or lawyer appearance fees cost? They have to fly in experts and they have to spend for documentary expenses. Compared to the budget of the PCOO, that is a LOT of work done.
I've given you the budget from 2015 to 2017.
I'm not looking at the budget on how big or small it is. Kung huna2on nimo atong 2015 sa kana na budget daghan silay nabuhat na mka "Human Rights" as per Annual Report. 2016 up till the present mas dako ang budget nila kaysa 2015 so i will assume nga mas daghan unta ilang nabuhat karon kaysa atong 2015. Pero no one can prove nga daghan or wla kay wla may annual report. haha

Naa gyud kay kalagot ni Mocha sah..hehe

If the CHR can act against the Duterte's administration based on probable cause, then why can't other institutions act against the CHR based on probable cause (the seemingly partial conduct AND the chairman's ties to the previous admin/current opposition)?

    ARTICLE III

    BILL OF RIGHTS

Section 3. 12. (1) Any person under investigation for the commission of an offense shall have the right to be informed of his right to remain silent and to have competent and independent counsel preferably of his own choice. If the person cannot afford the services of counsel, he must be provided with one. These rights cannot be waived except in writing and in the presence of counsel.

Karon kung wala na siyay lain nga counsel bro ug ipa inhibit pa gyud sa SOJ ang PAO .. unsaon naman lang niya?? Kinsa man mo represent niya didto sa korte??

    Maghikog nalang siya..

Mao bitaw akong pasabot nimo nga klaroha usa nang imong Rules of Court..

Because basin nalimot ka nga those are just procedures ,, Criminal Procedures, and they can be brushed aside when there is an issue of transcendental importance..

Sir, murag galibog ka.. Rights of the ACCUSED na. hehe. Ang victims sa human rights kay dili ACCUSED ang tawag. VICTIMS na sila.

These are not procedures you can just brush aside. These are LAWS. Mandatory ang compliance ani. The judgement of transcendental importance is not for you or me to decide. If naa kay jurisprudence mahatag related to the matter at hand, regarding transcendental importance, I would be very happy to stand corrected.

Of course I can. Like the PNP and all the other public officials, they enjoy the PRESUMPTION OF REGULARITY. That is, without any proof to the contrary, you HAVE to assume na they are doing what is required of them.

I've given you the budget from 2015 to 2017.

I'm still really eager to hear from you if tinuod ba to ang gisulti ni TP didto sa iyang mga dates nakabutang?

Also, I'm still waiting for your answer regarding examples on what instances ipa inhibit sa SOJ ang PAO?...

Or are you referring to the states' power to give or not to give consent to be sued?

Regardless sir, as what I've told you.. I'm not against abolishing CHR, I'm against the person leading it.
