I am an using an effective shampoo from USA, Neutrogena. I use it for skin asthma, but actually, it is for dandruff and psoriasis. Luckily, someone is selling it on OLX.

By the way, it is Neutrogena T/Gel shampoo pala. marami kasi product yung neutrogena

Ganahan baya ko mo try sa mga na advertise sa TV like MX3...pero if it involves a considerable amount of money then magduha-duha gyud ko. Ilabi na if butangan dayun sa product ug "NO APPROVED THERAPEUTIC CLAIM" nyahahaha..

Bisan karon, Im still searching and researching everything about this skin disorder.
Basta understanding and accepting this disorder is part of the solution in minimimizing if not eliminating it from our body.

last week ako gidala ako wife sa beach, gi timing nako nga mild ra kaayo ang init bisan ug udto na, kay dag-om manto higayuna, pure sea bath can realy help a lot on her condition, after siya maligo sa dagat dili dayon siya mag shower iya sa pataudtauran, then after shower mag lotion siya ug cetaphil lotion, so far naanam ka laws iyang flare ups.

we have tried so many to get rid of my wifes psor, herbal,sysntitic, apple cyder, including diets, but it still there, the psor. all because of stress, dili jud mawala ang stress sa tawo, just try to control it, thentry to boost your immune system and detoxify naturally with natural and organic fruits and veges, mahal sab ang organic things, pero its worthed, we tried to grow on our own an organic veges, like, kamungay, okra, tanglad, agbati, turmeric luy-a, para harvist lang unya mi puhon para sa iyang smoothies drinks... hehe, iya kaon kay fresh fish ug fresh utan, and brown rice...tan aw sab ko ug unsaon pag buhat ug pure virgin coconut oil, also good for psor sufferer.

the most important factor here is...acceptance. Accept that we have the disease.
Then understand the disease. Eventually, mo kalma ra na siya kay part of stress management ang acceptance ug understanding.
Unya ayaw pa aircon pirme...exercise gamay pasingot under the heat of the sun, ayaw pud ng udtong tutok kay ma sun burn ta ana.

Bought a large T-Gel shampoo at SnR, walay gamay oi...mahal at 1k plus man tngali.
It controlled my 'kaspa' or the flaking...i use it every other day coupled with Daivobet ointment nga mahal pud...1.2k plus man tingali to..
I only apply Daivobet if dili ko kalimot or pag my time. This usually happen kung mo flare up na pud mao nga mo apply dayun ko sa Daivobet.

i suggest to try yoga TS, most people say it helps a lot with dealing with stress as well. good luck! =D all the best!
