Ask lang ta ko kung heavy ba kaayo work ani? Is it multiple chats at a time? And queue ba sa chat na break and lunch lang pahinga. Sir just an insight lang coz i also have another offer from my previous company and naglibog ko kung asa akong dawatun just incase ma.approve kp sa client and validated. Both have a the same offer.

@stanlee climbfall. Same here boss. Gikan 3rd party. But wala sila ka.mention na for 1 yr ra ang remote desktop specialist. The lady told me na I pass the assessment na and wait nlng for validation and approval of my recording from the client. Then if ever I pass i will be part of wave 7(I think) that will start on Sept. 4.

Ask lang tanan position ba sa Accenture or contact center position needed ba jud muaagi of approval of recording sa client? And if yes, hpw many days ang result?

Coz I have a pending application for remote desktop specialist since 2 weeks ago and supposedly our starting date will be on sept 4. They said that until now there is no result yet if I pass or not. Naa ba lain dri for remote desktop na position for sept 4?
