    sayang nadisappoint jud ko sa rice kay sq amigo na real time farming ang harvest time sa rice is 3-4months rapud daw kay at least in a year naa jud daw 3x mag ani though it will cost them at least 10k per cycle nila layo2x rasad jud ang gset sa farmon na 7,500 in 6-8months.then ingon pud ako migo na naay basakan sa bohol...more or less 50-60sacks ang ila ani sa dagko na basakan (not sure with the dimensions) @20php/kilo..wa lang jud ko moahat sa rice kron..mahal nya as what i've read 10% fixed ROI...so 750php in 6-8 months of waiting...dmd...huwat nalang kos 16th cycle ani

    It cant be that disappointing Boss oi
    How can 10%-15% be disappointing when you are not even the one doing the actual farming?

    Kung harvest duration ang tan-awon, pwede ra ta maka-ingon nga daku og deperensya.
    But usahay, sa technique og breed sa rice nga gigamit, di man pod parehas.

    Pero ang pinaka jud ana is: dili kita ang nagkamas sa farm.

    ahaha tungod jud nis server error nila maong wala ko kainvest.......haha pero make sense jud imong gsulti boss kay og sa bangko pa bisag pila pana ka tuig imong 7,500 d jud na motubo og 10%..haha..hmmmmmm to or not to.....

    basin ang low atong iexpect nga profit ani so mao2x rapud sa rice. 😉

    Hopefully di maka sud sa visayas and mindanao ang birds flu outbreak
