notarial certificate na boss ang tawag diri sa sg....red ribbon soft bounded copy with seal sa ga notaryo ug gi summarize ang mga docs nmo sa front page sa soft bound.

Same here... as far as i know... for SG, mura'g dili man na ingon-ana ka-importante ang red ribbon gikan sa atoa. In my opinion lang pod noon ni.

Mogamit ra man guro ka'g red ribbon kung for Philippine purposes (that's the joke).
For example: invitation letter of your family nga with red ribbon "kuno" from embassy
(Of which, i've never used)

Anyway, for SG, ma-dig man gud nila kung fake or authentic imong documents and certificates with or without that red ribbon.
And the repercussion can be severe.

Indeed. Kung true lang imong documents wala gyud problem. Sa akong pag sabot while naa naka diri sa SG i-verify nila ang imong mga documents months or years later pa. Mau tong ubang Pinoy with fake documents nga pila na sila ka years diri before sila na kickout.
