Interested in getting a Private Pilot License (PPL) for own use (not plan on being commercial pilot).

Any recommended schools in Mactan Airport?
Also, heard about flight school in Dumaguete, would it also be advisable since Dumaguete Airport is less congested that Mactan?

FYI, need flexible schedule since I'm Mindanao based and can only do weekend classes/flights.
