Need help looking for brand new gaming laptop (45,000 pesos budget)

Hello istoryans, mangayu unta ko'g tabang pagpangita ug brand new gaming laptop within 45,000 pesos budget. Pero dili ko sure kung ma sulod sa budget ang specs nga ako gipangita.

Processor: i7-6700HQ or later version/gen, i5-6300HQ or later gen, or any 6th/7th generation quad-core processors (Q,MQ,HQ). NOTE: I'm not interested in ultra low voltage CPU's (U), for example, i7-6500U.

Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M, 860M, 960M. 4GB GDDR5 VRAM. Ok na siguro nang 2GB VRAM pero mas maayu gyud kung 4GB kay basin mukuha ku'g high resolution monitor in the future.

RAM: at least 8GB DDR3/DDR4

Storage: at least 1TB HDD, mas maayo kung 7200 RPM. Wala ko nangita ug SSD.

Display: 15.6 inch 1920x1080 FHD resolution.

*Nanginahanglan ko'g laptop for school projects/thesis. Also, nag plano ko muduwa ug Dota 2 ultra settings, GTA 5 medium setings, skyrim, battlefield 4, ug other modern games (all in 1920 x 1080 resolution).

ASUS GL552VW was just around 45,999 @SM CEBU ASUS ROG Concept Store, but I visited the store again last week they said out of stock na dw. You can check the FX series specifically the FX553VD just around 39k.

EDIT: Regarding the Low voltage CPUs dont worry, gaming laptops does not have low voltage cpus, I guess sa ultrabooks ra na.
