Anyone know where to get export declaration forms?
The customs people at the airport said its available at dhl, fedex ,etc. They don't have it.

The forms are also not at dti website anymore

Forms can be process in ecommerce website. Fill up the requirements n they send u the form complete with signature na. Print out then pay when u get ur dog in the airport. Careful Lang with customs they will gauge u then give u a price depends sa feel nila.
