okay now what just happen .... I didn't expect DLO to be traded this early or even to the nets.. i was hoping a trade for PG13 or even a at-least a top12 pick in exchange for DLO... So maybe it's safe to say Clarkson & Randle are as of this moment safe... Unloading Mozgov is good by trade but didn't like the no.27 pick since it to far ... any if the main reason is to clear cap space then good but still it doesn't guarantee PG13 or any of the stars until they have formally sign..

I totally agree with you Sir , No. 27 pick (Way to far) and Brook (who have expiring contract and a little bit injured prone) for clearing cap space with out any guarantee .. a risky trade ...

Can you elaborate why you dont like this trade boss?

For me, I think the trade is ok for now but could get worse depending on how DAR does in Brooklyn.

+ We got rid of Mozgov's massive and awful contract.
+ Brook Lopez's contract comes off the books after this year, so that opens a lot of cap space to go after 2 superstars in 2018 (PG13,Lebron etc.)
+ We got rid of DAR before he becomes a restricted free agent. DAR is basically collateral damage for getting rid of Mozgov's contract.
A first round pick is not a bad haul for DAR. It gives us 3 first round picks this year to play with.

    - DAR could blow up in Brooklyn which would only make the Mozgov deal worse. F*ck U Jim Buss and Mitch.

I dont know about Jordan Clarkson but I know Julius Randle is being offered to Indiana for PG13 along with draft picks.

I think Brook Lopez is just there to clear cap space for 2018. I really dont think they'd want to resign him anyway so there's no need for a guarantee.

At this point in his career, I dont think we can get a lottery pick for DLO.

the plan was to be patient especially with the young guys... give them time to improve, then trade them for right assets once the team thinks they've reach a good value. I don't know about this trade... if this will not result into getting paul George, the lakers appears to have done a boneheaded decision with this trade. I'm not against trading D'Angelo Russell, the team should have waited at least after the season.

even if lakers get paul George and LeBron, they won't be able to defeat golden state anyway...

Boss Quilluaz i was hoping the lakers could get atleast a no.12 pick for DLO.. and what i was referring to guarantee is .. yes the lakers have cleared a cap space but what guarantee does the lakers have that PG13 and/or LBJ would sign from them... THe trade would be better if the pick was at-least around no. 12 or any future 1st round unprotected pick...

I also Agree with you Boss Fish , I don't like DLO but for me it was to early to trade him, i wanted to see DLO play alongside Ball or atleast this season..

The 12th pick is still considered a lottery pick.

As for PG13, If the price is right we should go after him now. He really wants to be in LA. He even informed the Pacers he plans to join LA next year.

The problem is if Cleveland trades for PG13 and Lebron convinces him to stay put. I think Randle + the 27,28 pick for PG 13 is reasonable. If they can, Id say they should try to get PG13 for even less.

You never know. Even if we dont, at least we should try right?

A core of Bron,PG13,Ingram,Lonzo is not too shabby

statistically, among the young guys, D'Angelo was the best player among the young players. his stats are comparable to chris paul's kyrie irvings' first two years. potentially, D'Angelo can still develop into a very good player... hahays. mao na ni ron... magic is beginning to show signs that he is not really good at making decisions as a basketball executive.

    Brooklyn Nets = A
    Lakers --------> C

Relax lang gamay boss. hehehe. Lets wait and see what Magic and Rob's long term plan is.

I honestly think this move is just part of more moves to come.

As for DAR compared to Uncle Drew and CP3, IMO, I dont think the stats are comparable at all. Ive checked and compared their stats in the first two years. DAR is way below Kyrie's and CP3's level. And of course, you cant compare Russell's work ethic and mentality to Kyrie and CP3's.

sakto ka bro... mag hulat nalang ta ani unsay sumpay. kay murag wala pa man tingali ni nahuman ug trade atong team. most likely, kung gusto nila kuhaon gyud si paul George karon, I-trade nila ang number 2 pick apil ang 27 ug 28 plus randle, for George... di sad ko ganahan ana nga move, kay ma-deplete na ang assets sa team. i'm hoping makakuha sila ug maayo nga shooting guard... plus point guard kung ilang I-trade ang number 2 pick.

ang akong expectation man gud kay dili sila mo-buhi ug young assets para ma-acquire si paul George. unya be patient lang ang approach sa team and allow these assets nga mo-increase ang value. basin gani dili na nuon mo-sign si paul George kung walay asset ang lakers. kay unsaon man pag build ug championship caliber nga team kung wala nay assets...

I know nga dili gyud kaabot sa level ni CP3 ug Kyrie si D'Angelo, pero kung maparehas siya kamaayo ni mike conley, maayo na na nga point guard uy... and a lot of teams would be willing to trade a good talent for that level of player. I know nga daghan siyag issue emotionally, maturity... pero bata pa man sad siya, lakers should have allowed him to develop more...

para nako kung negosyo pa ni... lugi ang lakers ato... they sold Russell for very low price... alkanse kaayo.

I dont think the Lakers will include the number 2 pick for PG13. 27 and 28 + Randle is enough for George. Sobra na gani na. Indiana doesnt have leverage anyway. They cant play hardball. If they do, we simply wait for Paul George to sign with us in 2018.

Wala ra jud ko nanghinayang ni DAR. We have alot of young prospects anyway. Lonzo Ball is also coming.

Plus Brook Lopez is an expiring contract boss. So he will be an attractive trade chip. I doubt he gets traded though. He is only there to create caps space for next year.

    Huwat2x lang gyud ta ani.
