murag kuwang pa gihapon na sis, are you planning to run the whole distance or brisk walking?
since murag kursunada man jud ka, you evaluate and decide it yourself. kung ako, here's what i would do...
check out what the cut-off time is. i'll do a practice run for that long. for example, if the cut-off time is 8 hours, dapat kaya nako on the road, whether running and/or walking for 8 hours. measure the distance i would be able to make.
second, i do a practice run 75% of the distance, or 32km. i should be able to do this within my target finish time.
for both of the above practice runs, i should feel healthy afterwards and must be able to run again (short distance practice) within 3 days.
and if maka-join jud sa run, don't hesitate to DNF if you feel ug warning signs. it's not a shame to quit.

Ill try your suggestion thanks!
They have stricter cut off time about 6.5 hours and there are minimum time requirements for certain locations on course. All participants will be required to reach designated check points as below. Anyone who is unable to reach a checkpoint will be diverted off the roadway and may be unable to complete the event.
I have until June 30 to see how i go. and ill use that to evaluate myself as well. Thanks! =P
