JY to Budlaan to talamban- 11 km twice a week
JY to ayala heights- LSD (sunday)
1 1/2 month training
PR nila is around 2 hours 20 min to 2 hours 30
its their first half marathon.

Is it possible to do a full marathon with only 3 weeks before the marathon itself?
What is the program for that? Wala na koy dagan for 6 months but i have core and upper body strength (i think).
I just need to know if its possible?
I can start training again within the three weeks of course.

unsa nga marathon? basin pamutan ni hap.. dili jud pwede nang, basin mainjury lang nya ka..
dili madala ug core strength ra, you need to retrain again on running.
lahi ug muscles gigamit sa running plus 42 km is an endurance race,
pa anara una ang joints and muscles basin ug magpunay ug haplas ug pau de arco nya.. hehehe..
