I think my days of trying to keep myself and look as if I am calm and silent and optimistic amidst ONE stressor took a toll on me simply because my explanations aren't listened to, all my attempts to defend myself pirmi na lang kontrahon and AKO NALANG ANG PIRMI SAYUP, took a toll on me.

Im at the point of breaking....

I thought leaving the house without saying a word would help because I don't normally react under extreme emotions, SPECIALLY WHEN IM UPSET, would help me think things over....
