Need help with your opinions - System Unit Building for AutoCAD

Hello again Istoryans! I need your opinions for System Unit building. Naa koy specs diri na limit lang sa processor i5. not to i7 coz limited ra akong budget kay mag-include pa ko sa other accessories like monitor, kb, mouse, etc. Ang importante ang specs sa akong system unit.

My specs:

Proc: Intel core i5-4460, 2133Mhz or i5-6600, 2133 Mhz (which will you recommend bet. the two)
Motherboard: 1150 DDR3, 2133Mhz or 1151 DDR4, 2133Mhz (which will you recommend bet. the two)
Memory: 8 GB (1x8gb) DDR3 or 8 GB (1x8gb) DDR4 (which will you recommend bet. the two)
HDD: 1 TB Desktop Sata (not to SSD for this time)
Video Card: 2 GB 128-bit DDR5
Power supply: Branded 530W

Budget for System unit only ranges from 28k to 30k. Kung madala, gamit lang ta sa specs above bai. Salamat

Go with the 6600 series and ddr4 combo...i wud suggest invest ug ssd bay..it really makes a huge difference
