    Martial Law is just mind conditioning for the people, so that they will get used to it and find it okay.. small step at a time..Europe doesnt even need to martial law to contain terrorists attacks.. a state of emergency would have been enough for a competent leader ahahah

    Just to give some clarity, actually kung ma suspend na ang Writ of Habeas Corpus, it will still issue... I suspend ra ang Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus sa kadtong mga tawo nga gi judicially charge who are directly or indirectly involved aning mga kalaki karon.

    Dili na parehas sa una nga suspicion pa lang gani, pwede na dayon ka dakpon.. Mao to ang gipang abuso sa mga PC (Police) sa una, kay butang-butangan lang ug kaso, lage kay suspended man ang privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus.. aw mawagtang lang kag kalit sa mapa.. Dili na nimo igkita imong mga kaliwat...

    Karon kay lahi na.. Kadto na gyung mga tawo nga klaro ug tataw unya judicially charged.. Maglisod nag abuso ang mga Persons in authority karon.

    ahahah! nangapulbos man gani nang mga lawas sa mga tawo ubang nasud due to terrorist attacks unya naay lay giputlan ulo, martial na dayun.. leaders around the world only need state of emergency to contain terrorist attacks.. martial law is for control freak incompetent leader lol!
