well, if they want to win ngano wa nila buhata while we still have a chance to compete for the playoffs, while we still have lou williams? as much as i hate to admit it, they should lose it all they way rather than winning meaningless games at the end of the season. the heck? from 55% chance to 47 of retaining the pick 53% chance of losing it and losing our 2019 pick as well. its like we struggle all season long for nothing. but i get your point we are trying to build a winning culture but the timing was so wrong and so frustrating for the fans.

para lang nako bro, dili ko gusto naa si lou williams sa team, kay dili ma-develop ang young players. kung kahinumdom pa ka katong naa pa si lou williams, siya ra pirmi dula ug itsa inig 4th quarter... para makadaog ang team. si lou williams ra pirmi maningkamot, walay makat-onan ang mga young players. after the all star break, i keep rooting for the young players to find a way to win. para makat-on sila unsaon pagdaog... and makita sa performance nila nga naningkamot sila nga makadaog. mao na ang sakto nga direction sa lakers.

i got you bro. ang mga lakers fan karon tunga, the other half ganahan i tank all the way and ang uban win and let luck to work its magic this coming lottery. but on the stastical side ko bro, 55 percent is better than 47. paet kaayo kay mas dako ang chance matagak ta sa top 3 than retaining it. its like all season long walay reward atong pag antos wa ra man diay ghapon tay pick other than the late first round we got from trading lou.

sige lang bro, i'm sure magic and rob pelinka is looking for ways to improve the team whether makuha nila ang pick or not. basin diay next year mas makakuha na nuon ta ug franchise player.

i'm really hoping they will be building this team back to where we actually belong and that's winning. but again the pick could have help us, it could be used as a trade asset unta moving forward but well, lets just hope for the best nalang bro.

well sko ako lng .. they should have weight-in which would have a great impact... Again it's nice to see this Lakers team wins but
the impact of there win is very costly ... Imagine if the lakers will not land the the top 3 they lose this current pick as well as they must send their 2019 first-rounder to Orlando unprotected.... In this era where in it's hard to land SuperStars Draft pick is a must for rebuilding team..... If the Lakers will land the top 3 they could they could add another good rookie or trade the pick to a Star and only send 2 2nd round pick to orlando instead of a 1st round pick... So imagine the risk vs the reward the lakers have made... The lakers would have a Low Risk High Reward if they just have look on the the bigger picture and longterm aspect but by winning games and giving the 57% change to the sun they just put the team on a High Risk situation ...

ang importante sa lakers, kay makuha nila ang draft pick karon, at the same time makat-on ang mga current nga young players sa team. dili man sad pwede nga papildi lang pirmi para makuha ang pick. unsa may makat-onan sa mga young players ana? and besides, dili man sad sure ang draft nga star player ang makuha sa lakers. remember, three consecutive na ang lakers nakasulod sa draft lottery, and wala pay tay sure kung star player ba gyud ang nakuha nga players sa lakers. dili pwede nga pirmi lang lottery pick ang i-aspire sa team.

Boss fish yes it's nice to see them win, pro the wins they have are not that very convincing expect for some... Some teams let there stars rest while some also playing for draft position . Yes the lakers win but the team that they where playing where not playing to there level also (see spurs, Memphis games etc),..
But again what i'm really worried is the 47% chance, yes it doesn't guaranteed a top 3 pick but having the 57% should have alteast bigger chances of landing top 3. Again i'm going back to my low risk High Reward... Low risk lose some game and maintain the draft position no2. (57%) , it's low risk cause it's just a small games to play and also non bearing games . If they want to grow they should have at-least shown it when the games where still meaningful... Then about sa draft pick yes dli sure nga mka kuha ug star but with the current position the lakers have now draft pick is one of the best weapon they have if they want to improve. They could lucky get a player with all star caliber or trade the pick at-least having a draft pick will widen the lakers option to improve rather than relying to sign a star again......

I get your point. The only problem is, when your're running an NBA team there should be no gray area.

You should either be trying your best to win or just straight up tank to get the best possible chance for a superstar in the draft. Lets face it, we are not the San Antonio Spurs.

Ang Lakers man gud way klaro, some games they are trying to win, some games they are losing on purpose. So what gives?

The worst thing for an NBA franchise is to be stuck on no mans land. If we lose our top 3 pick this year, that's where the Lakers are at.

And yeah, we also lose our 2019 1st round pick to Orlando. Sayang sad kaayo kung di makuha ang pick this year bro considering the talent in this years draft.

2017 top 3 pick,2019 first round pick > a few meaningless wins at the end of the season.

I pray we get Markelle Fultz. Maybe we can also try to swing a trade for Porzingis. hehehe. You never know what Phil Jackson might do. Phil has got to be one of the worst President/GM's of all time.

im with you bro. same thoughts exactly. the fact that chances of losing it is higher than retaining is so frustrating as a fan after watching them horribly this season. losing it means we will be seeing the same squad next year and naa napud ta aning "free agent pitch" nato, na way ayo. again, having the pick can give us a better option unta and that would improve our team 2x, that is for sure.
