Nindot ang training sa Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer (ASE) nga fresh graduate? Or should I work somewhere else (like in startup or Japanese companies) where mas daghan ko ug ma learn?

I was interviewed by Mr Khan Araki for japanese speaking IT. Was approved but I ended up not receiving the Job offer, because my visa going back to Japan was approved. If ever ill be in Cebu again. Would like to work at accenture.

Ako nang gi buhat ug gi ingnan ko na naka pass daw ko sa exams ug mag wait na lang daw ko sa ilang call pero wala gyud koy na dawat na call gikan nila hangtod karon. 5-6 months ago ko nang apply ani nila. Bastos ni na company na dili mu take into consideration sa effort sa tao!!!!

Broad gyud kaayo ug service offerings ang PCS. From project support (yep, i think mao ni girefer nga admin sa kadaghanan), financials, ug uban pa. This is one of the biggest capability and service offering sa Accenture Cebu.

I would say yes. As an ASE, you will be trained to whichever demand ang naa. However, perspective ra gyud na sa trainee ang term nga "nindot". For some, the way Accenture trains kay nindot sa ilaha, but some start-up kay nindot pud para sa uban because of the on-hand experience usually on the first day.

Did you make a follow-up? Accenture, just like any other business kay naa ni sila prioritization sa ila i-hire. Various considerations like present demands (fit ba ang imo skill sa urgent demand na i-fill?), top of the class skillset (though you passed the interview and exam, are you on the top bunch of people for the 10 posts na i-fill urgently?), and etc.
For some, 'bastos' and Accenture. But for the hundreds of new people joining every month, maybe 'bastos' is not the right term.
