In my own opinion, Skycable is like PLDT before nga maoy gahari sa telecom industry kung makabantay mo ang PLDT directory sa una baga compare karon is nipis na kaayo kay gi atbangan naman sa Globelines. NTC should let Destiny cable pass through para ila pud ma atbangan ang skycable and let the public choose unsay maayo ug mu fit sa ila lifestyle, my current setup sa balay is Skycable as of now, my concern is that their Box consumes electricity kay i-plug man ug 220volts sa ato pa gyud nga outlet.I think this is not fair, they haven't explain the reason for the tapping of their box to our household electric bill.

With destiny setup do they have also a box na? anyway skycable's PPV of latest Pacquiao Barrera fight was somewhere around 1000 plus, we called up Dream and it only cost 500 plus, tsk tsk.

We hope NTC could settle this, for me Destiny cable should file a complaint not Skycable.Is there a law under NTC with regards to skycable companies competition?

I agree... NTC's job should be to protect the consumers... not to protect those that monopolize...

anyway what is the main purpose of that stupid black box? prevent in-house splitting? because that thing can add up with the electricity costs if each tv is forced to have one. how come splitting of phone/dsl lines is just all right? isn't it supposed to be one subscription PER HOUSEHOLD!?

by the way, every channel is grainy, even abscbn/gma on over-the-air antenna receptions beats it by a long shot!

i agree that the presence of the black box means additional electricity... plus its another vampire that sucks electricity when we fail to unplug it...

hope destiny cable makes it here...
