How's AWS today for software engineers or programmers? It would be helpful if anyone who has an idea, is working or had worked in this company can answer all or some of my questions below.

1. How much is the salary range of an irregular employee AND a regular employee? I know that you need to pass certain exams before being considered as a regular employee. I want to know this because it may be more beneficial to work in a company with a higher starting salary yet still provide good training to their employees.
2. How are the benefits here? Unsa say mga benefits nila for example?
3. Usually, how many hours do the people here work in a day? I'm talking about overtime. Like unsa kasagaran oras mo out ang mga employees? Naay compensation or pay ang ilang overtime or is it offertime? (If you get what I mean)
4. How are the people and environment?
5. How is the management? Flexible or resistant to changes?

I won't ask if okay ba ilang training to their employees. I think this is one of those "hardcore programming" Japanese companies. Daghan jd kang makat-unan diri technical-wise. Pero nag expect sd ko nga more on work and less on life jd ka diri (like most other Japanese companies).
