hi guys, for final interview nako sa QBE. Ask lang ko.
1. Claims Support Officer - queue ba ilang calls?
2. Pressure ba sa stats?
3. How easy/difficult to get regularized?
4. Sa dayshift ko i-assign. Nindot ra ba ni?

1. I think dili man kaayu queue. From what I know 70-80% ra ang voice support.
2. Chill ra jud. Pero one things for sure, pasar or dili imo stats/score, ihatag jud ang FlexPoints nimo.
3. As long as you are doing your job correctly. Dili sayon, dili sad lisod. Basta mag-effort lang sad jud.
4. Kanindot ra sa dayshift ah! Hehe!

Yep, kanang humana ka sa imo 2nd year. Kung baga incoming 3rd year naka ba. Mao na sa ako friend na Claims Support pud diri.

hi do I have a chance if nag immediate resignation ko (reason: conflict with my post grad studies) sa ako previous BPO, so wala ko clearance, I am supposed to be liable to pay my prev company for breach of contract.... so naa ba kaha koy chance with QBE...

2. Pressure ba sa stats? Dli pressure.. Wala rai kurat.
3. How easy/difficult to get regularized? Pirmi lang ka present klaro nang regularization.
4. Sa dayshift ko i-assign. Nindot ra ba ni?
